The digital footprint goes green

As environmental impacts of our past behaviours become more pronounced, consumers are more engaged in making informed decisions around daily choices.

How can companies impact those decisions?

Transparency - making a customer’s digital footprint more tangible.
Experience has shown, information and data are key to making better and more informed decisions. With powerful insights into customer behaviour, companies can help consumers and businesses alike guide their impact toward more sustainable solutions.

In this session, SMG experts will present keynotes on exciting ongoing projects and host panel discussions on how critically assessing customer behaviour against market trends can help us build awareness into our digital solutions to drive sustainable action.

We ask the question:
“How can we learn the most from our customers and use that information to help them make informed decisions daily?”

Let’s explore ways to use these insights for opportunities.

Time: Tuesday, 20.09.2022, 14:30 - 17:30

Session 2: Engaging the Work Environment

Panel - "Engaging in the Work Environment"
A panel of experts takes to the stage to discuss the role the workplace plays in building culture, encouraging engagement, and its untapped potential for inspiring sustainable action from within.

. . . there’s a twist! We leave a seat on the panel open to the audience.

Take a seat on stage with the experts and share with us your perspective, ideas, and experiences.

Live Interview: "Sustainability & Workplace Strategy"
Sustainably conscious space design requires a strategic approach to the use of space over time, not just attention to the utilized materials. Although materials are a big part too - it is not the only consideration when reducing our carbon footprint. We can also do this by re-thinking how to facilitate our ways of working. Matthew Zych tells us how in his conversation with Robin Simon on stage.

Apero & World Café
We then conclude our session and gather for a lively discussion at roundtables over a drink & some food.
